The level of detail on the Labs was just right, at least for our class (which was a bunch of tech-savvy ppl) - that is, we were told generally what to do, but not exactly how to do it. That made us search around and try things, and ask the trainer and each other, and really learn the ins and outs of the tool.

I really enjoyed the labs and that their was enough information to see what had to be build, but not written out step by step. This helped me learn techniques for finding the right way to do things which I think I actually have a shot at remembering because I figured them out while doing the exercises. If it has been written out step by step exactly how to do everything I think it would be easier for me to forget what I am doing.
